Thomas Blackaby serves as the Director of International Ministries for Blackaby Ministries International. Melvin Blackaby is senior pastor of Bow Valley Baptist Church, Cochrane, Alberta, Canada. Norman Blackaby teaches at Dallas Baptist University.
